Sonya and her team did a great job marketing my mom's house. The house was in good condition with a great yard, but no updates. They kept tabs on what was going on in the market and updated the description of the house several times so that interested buyers would see different aspects of the house. We had a first sale that was iffy and she guided me through that well and we almost immediately got another offer after that first sale fell through. There were glitches on the last two days of the sale with the lending agency and Sonya made calls left and right to keep everything on track and me in the loop.
